The Company uses a third party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Company’s behalf.

The Company reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

You may update or change your personal information at any time by editing your user profile online. You may also request that Your personal information is not processed in which case You will not be able to use Our services.

The Company uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data about Clients at all times.

The Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. We will provide notification of the changes to this Privacy Policy through the Company’s Web site at least thirty (30) days prior to the change taking effect.
