Innovation Cloud offers four different solutions ready to guide you through ideation and innovation processes. While Innovation Cloud Startup and PRO are idea management software, Innovation Cloud Enterprise and Global are end-to-end innovation management platforms.
Innovation Cloud Startup is forever free solution for the users who prove that they are registered as startups during the period of the first month of using Innovation Cloud Startup.
Innovation Cloud supports all devices and screen sizes, with its built-in responsive design.
The main difference between Innovation Cloud Startup and PRO is the list of features provided. While Innovation Cloud Startup has set of basic features for successfully managing ideation, Innovation Cloud PRO software has more comprehensive list of features, covering scoring mechanisms, campaign workflow and advanced analytics and reports.
No. Due to the limitations of each package regarding the number of the users, ideas and storage, it is not possible to migrate data from higher to lower packages. However, you can terminate your account and open a new one at any time.
Once you sign up for one of our Innovation Cloud PRO packages, we offer you 30 days free trial period! Before this period is over you will be informed in a timely manner in order to complete subscription for desired PRO account.
Your PRO account will remain active until next payment cycle. At that point it will be canceled with no further charges.
After subscription expires for Innovation Cloud PRO users, we will keep your data accessible for next 7 days. During this period, you can renew your subscription and continue where you left off. After this period, we will archive your data for the next 30 days, in case that you want to use your account again. After this period your data will be deleted for security and privacy reasons. NOTE: You can close your account and delete all your data at any time by yourself.
To successfully activate your Innovation Cloud Startup or PRO account, please follow the activation link sent to your email upon requesting Startup or PRO account, choose a strong password and click on Submit button.

The Innovation Cloud infrastructure is extremely strong and secure with multi-level defenses, disaster recovery options and intelligent data encryption. Innovation Cloud Startup is developed to support idea management for early stage companies - startups. Everybody can create Innovation Cloud Startup account, but only companies that provide evidence that they are a startup company within the first month of usage can continue to use it for free. To prove that you are startup company, please send us your legal documentation (proof of registration) or link with your crowdfunding campaign and continue using it for free.
Yes. Innovation Cloud is an online platform compatible with each of popular Operating Systems. All you need is your favorite Internet browser and an Internet connection.
Yes, Innovation Cloud has mobile apps for Android and iOS phone. Find it in your application store!
To upgrade your Innovation Cloud account, first login to your existing account. Once you are there, choose the Upgrade & Payment option from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner. Select new package and period of usage, then confirm your payment details. You can also find an upgrade button on your administration settings panel.
No. We charge for the overall service provided within different packages.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to Upgrade & Payment option located in the user drop-down menu at the very top right corner of your Innovation Cloud account and select Cancel Subscription.
Payment options available for purchasing Innovation Cloud PRO accounts are: all major Credit cards, bank transfer/Invoice and PayPal.
To reset your password, please go to login page and click I cannot access my account link. This option will trigger new form where you need to provide your email address in order to get instructions how to reset your password.
