Innovation Cloud SARL, Rue de l’industrie 15, L-8069 Bertrange, Luxembourg (the “Company” or “We”, “Our”, “Us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals (“Clients” or “You”, “Your”) who register to use the Company’s Web site at www.innovationcloud.com and its subscribed services as defined below. This Privacy Policy governs Company’s privacy practices in relation to the use of the Company’s Website and the related applications and services offered by the Company. This policy also governs how we handle the information regarding data collection, processing and usage practices when you visit and use Innovation Cloud services. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal information. By using our Website and our services, you understand and consent to the collection, storage and processing of your information. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Website or the Services.

USE OF WEBSITE AND THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES


Our online applications and services allow any company to manage innovation management process. The information provided to the applications and services, either by website visitors or when service users submit the information, is stored and managed on our service providers’ servers. This information is then used to contact visitors and users, about their interest in the Company’s services and interact with them. We process our clients’ information as they direct and in accordance with our agreements with our customers, and we store it on our service providers’ servers, but we do not have control over its collection or management. Our agreements with our clients prohibit us from using that information, except as necessary to provide and improve the Subscription Service, as permitted by this Privacy Policy, and as required by law. We acknowledge that clients have rights to access their Personal information.


INFORMATION WE COLLECT


When you visit our Website

You are free to explore Company’s Website without providing any Personal Information about yourself. We collect Navigation Information.

The Company’s Web site may contain links to other web sites. The information practices or the content of other web sites is governed by the privacy policy of such other web sites.

Our Website includes Widgets, such as the Share This button that run on our sites. This feature may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. The Widgets are hosted by a third party. This Privacy Policy does not apply to this feature. Your interactions with this feature are governed by the Privacy Policy and other policies of the companies providing them.

When you register to our Subscription Services

When registering to use the Company’s Services, We ask you to voluntarily provide Us with personal information, such as Your name, address, email address, tax ID or similar information about your business and we collect Navigation Information. If You sign-up for a 30-day free trial account, you are not required to enter your credit card information unless and until you decide to continue with a paid subscription to the Service. We accept credit card, PayPal and bank transfer payment. Company uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use your billing information for any purpose except for credit card processing on Company’s behalf.

"Personal Information"

”Personal information” refers to any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions, both free and paid, that you enter on our Website for Subscription services, and information about you that is publicly available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google.

Personal Information also includes Navigational Information or Payment Information where such information can directly or indirectly identify an individual. Navigational information refers to information about your computer and your visits to this website such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed. Payment information refers to payment information from you when you subscribe to the Subscription Service, including credit cards numbers and billing information, using third party intermediary service providers.

We use the information we collect only in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Clients who subscribe to our Services are obligated through our agreements with them to comply with this Privacy Policy. The Company uses data about Clients to perform the services requested, to respond to clients support requests and to improve the Company’s Services.

We post clients testimonials and comments on our Websites, which may contain Personal Information. We obtain each client’s consent via email prior to posting the client’s name and testimonial.

We may also use data about Clients for marketing purposes. For example, the Company may use the information you provide to send you information regarding the Company and its services, as well as regarding changes in legal agreements.

When We have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal information, We will securely delete the information or isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. We will delete your information from the servers at an earlier date if you so request, as in "To Unsubscribe from Our Communications" channels. You may update, change or delete your Personal information at any time by editing your user profile online. You may also request that Your personal information is not processed in which case You will not be able to use Our Services. If client request to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. We may work with our clients to help them provide notice to their visitors about their data collection, processing and usage.

If you decide to withdraw your consent, you can do that at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

If you have an unresolved privacy or data use concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, you can request the supervisory authority to investigate the issue and will let you know about the progress of the investigation and its outcome within a reasonable period of time.

In the case of a personal data breach, we will without undue delay and, if it is possible, not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, notify the personal data breach to the supervisory authority. If the notification to the supervisory authority is not made within 72 hours, we have to explain the reasons for the delay. We document any personal data breaches, comprising the facts relating to the personal data breach, its effects and the remedial action taken.
