Start a campaign

Campaigns represent a top-down initiative to collect ideas from your innovation community on specific questions and issues for business development and improvement.

IMPORTANT: Only the Administrator of your Innovation Cloud account can start a campaign.

There are two ways to start a campaign:

1.Use left navigation menu > Campaigns > in the Campaign overview click on the Start new campaign button

2. From the Ideas home page choosing dashboard view  >  In a section Campaigns click on Start new campaign button

You will be prompted to the the Campaign submission form to fill in the details about the campaign.
