Cancellations must be received via online form found inside Innovation Cloud application. System Settings -> Upgrade & Payment -> Money Back (tab)*
All refund requests must be made by the organization’s primary contact or credit card holder.
Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made.
Please allow two weeks for processing.
*If Money Back (tab) does not exist, it means that 30 days deadline has passed.
