Collaborate within Idea Folders
Each Idea Folder consists of 4 tabs:
1. Collected ideas - the list of all collected ideas associated with the Idea Folder.
2. Comments - placeholder of contextual debate about the topic of the Idea Folder.
3. Documents - placeholder of all relevant documents, articles and files related to the Idea Folder.
4. Images - placeholder of relevant images related to Idea Folder.
Add comments to Idea Folder:
In Comments tab use the Comment field to add comments, attach files or mention people with the @ sign. All files attached in comments will be shown also in the Documents or Images tab regarding the type of attached file.
Note: Each comment can be edited by the user who submitted a comment, and can be voted by users who has access to your idea.
Add documents to Idea Folder:
In the Document tab, click on the orange Add File button and upload /drag-drop your document. You also have an option to attach documents directly from the Comments tab when submitting a comment (paper clip on the right side of a comment field). All documents will be shown in the idea view on the right side of the screen, under the Document section, as well.
Note: All relevant file formats are supported.
Add image to Idea Folder:
Go to the Images tab and click on the orange Add Image button and upload /drag-drop your image. You also have an option to attach images directly from the Comments tab when submitting a comment (paper clip on the right side of a comment field)
If you want to Delete an Image, hover over the image you want to delete, mark the checkbox and click on the red Delete button.
Note: All relevant formats are supported and you have an option to set Alt Text on each image in the System.
