Idea Folders represent a top-down initiative to collect ideas from your innovation community on a specific subject regarding business development and improvement.
IMPORTANT: Only the Administrator of your Innovation Cloud account can start an Idea Folder.
There are two ways to start an Idea folder:
1. Upper left corner of the Ideaboard > New Idea Folder button
2. Using left navigation menu > Idea Folders > Start new Idea Folder on the right side of the screen.
You will be prompted to the Idea Folder submission form to fill in the details about the Idea Folder.
