Start an Idea Folder

Idea Folder represents a directed initiative to collect ideas from your innovation community on a specific subject regarding business development and improvement. It is a great way to smoothly direct your employees’ creative thinking, by giving them the possibility to freely submit ideas on different topics. Soon you’ll be surprised by people’s insights into workflow efficiencies, as well as their perspectives and ideas for improvements on related systems and departments.

IMPORTANT: Only the Administrator of your Innovation Cloud account can start an Idea Folder.

There are two ways to start an Idea folder:

1. Upper left corner of the Ideaboard > New Idea Folder button

2. Using left navigation menu > Idea Folders > Start new Idea Folder on the right side of the screen.

You will be prompted to the Idea Folder submission form to fill in the details about the Idea Folder.
