Activate pending user account
IMPORTANT: Only the Administrator of your Innovation Cloud can activate a pending user account.
When Administrator of Innovation Cloud invites a user to join Innovation Cloud environment, the user will receive an invitation email and automatically will be added to the Pending activation list. The user will remain on the list until confirms the invitation. If the invitation is not confirmed within 5 days, the user cannot activate their account.
To Activate pending users account, please go to the System settings option > User management > Pending activation tab.
From the Pending user’s list, mark the checkbox beside the user you want to send an activation email to. As soon as you click on the Send activation mail button above the user list, the activation email is sent to that user.
