Activate pending user account
IMPORTANT: Only the Administrator of your Innovation Cloud account can activate pending user account.
When Administrator of Innovation Cloud account invites a user to join Innovation Cloud platform by sending the invitation email, the user has 5 days to confirm activation. If the invitation has not been confirmed in the period of 5 days from the day of the activation mail, that user will appear in the Pending activation list. This is the list of all users that have not activated their accounts.
1. To Activate pending users, click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen and access the System settings option from the drop-down menu.
2. Go to the User Management tab.
3. Select the Pending activation icon. From the presented pending user list, make your selection by marking the boxes beside the name of user. To send the activation email to user, click on the envelope icon above the user list.
